Saakeskus.fi is a member of the Stormchaser Europe Community Network.
The SCE community provides forums, international events and also cooperates with other communities and organizations like national Skywarn groups.

Forums

We support the idea of a great European weather community. Because of that, we do not provide our own forums.
The Stormchaser Europe Project is providing English forums at http://forum.stormchaser-europe.eu/.

Mailing lists

We currently provide an English mailinglist for saakeskus.fi users. This mailinglist ist mainly for discussions about the site saakeskus.fi itself and for user support.
The stormchaser subsection of the Finnish Astronomy Society runs a Finnish mailinglist for stormchasers.

Chat

The chatroom of the Stormchaser Europe community is available in the IRC system. Also the Finnish stormchasers use an IRC channel. Both channels are reachable with normal IRC software or through a JAVA interface on this site.
